Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Presenvo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Presenvo on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

The service

Presenvo generates a business website from the Google reviews of a location you nominate, and hosts that site on a subdomain (yourname.presenvo.com) or on a custom domain that you connect.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK).
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and included usage are shown on our pricing page.

You authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge your saved payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may retry and, after reasonable notice, suspend or downgrade your account.

Taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax) are calculated at checkout based on your billing location and may be added to the listed price.

Refunds & cancellation

You may cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again.

We offer a refund for the first monthly payment if requested within 14 days of purchase. Annual plans may be refunded pro rata at our discretion within the first 30 days. After that, charges are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more detail.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Presenvo to:

• Generate sites for businesses you do not own or have permission to represent.
• Publish misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Transmit malware, attempt to breach security, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside our disclosure program.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written permission.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access to the service in ways not expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (logos, photos, custom copy) and the generated site content we produce for you. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and distribute this content only as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information on your site (hours, address, prices, menu items). We do not verify business details and do not guarantee that generated copy is error-free. Generation publishes the initial site, so review it promptly before sharing it widely and correct or regenerate content using the options included in your plan.

Reviews & third-party data

By providing a Google Maps URL, you confirm that you are entitled to use reviews of that business to promote it. We pull only publicly-visible reviews and attribute them as they appear on Google Maps. We do not modify the substance of a review.

Google Maps is a trademark of Google LLC. Presenvo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Custom domains

If you connect your own domain, you are responsible for maintaining the domain registration and DNS configuration. We will issue and renew TLS certificates on your behalf while your domain is connected. Disconnecting a domain does not terminate your subscription.

Intellectual property

Presenvo, including the software, marketing site, templates, and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

Generated site templates remain our intellectual property; your licence to use them ends when your right to use the service ends. This does not transfer ownership of your uploaded content or the business information you provide.

Disclaimers

Presenvois provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presenvo's total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Termination

You can terminate by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if continuing to provide the service would expose us to legal risk. Account deletion uses a seven-day grace period before billing is cancelled, published sites are taken offline, profile information is anonymised, and sessions are revoked. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after changes go live means you accept them. If you do not, stop using the service and contact us for any refund you are entitled to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
