Overview

Presenvo(“we”, “our”, “us”) is a service that generates a business website from your Google reviews. This policy applies to the Presenvo application, our marketing site, and any generated sites we host on our subdomains.

By using Presenvo, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your email address, name, and an optional avatar. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name, and profile image from your Google account — we do not receive your Google password.

Billing information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects the information needed to process your payment. We store subscription and payment identifiers, plan and payment status, amounts, payment method, and the billing details needed for receipts, invoices, and tax records. Full card numbers and CVVs are not entered into a Presenvo form.

Site content

We store the content generated for your site, including AI-written copy, extracted review quotes, business details, selected listing photos, and later edits. You can delete an individual site or schedule deletion of your account from the dashboard.

Usage data

We process request and application logs, which can include IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested routes, and error details. These logs support service operation, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide the service: generate your site, host it, process payments.
Communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
Diagnose errors and understand how product features are used.
Protect Presenvo and our users — detecting fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, law enforcement requests).

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site advertising.

We share information with service providers when it is needed to operate the product, process payments, generate sites, deliver email, or host content.

Hosting & infrastructure — our cloud providers store your account and site data.
AI providers — review text and business details are sent to AI providers configured for the service, which may include Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter, to generate site content. Their processing is also governed by their terms and privacy practices.
Payment processor — handles subscription billing and stores card details on our behalf.
Email provider — sends transactional emails (verification, receipts, password reset).

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Presenvo, our users, or the public.

Google reviews data

Presenvo pulls publicly-visible reviews from Google Maps listings you provide. We store the review text, rating, reviewer display name, and timestamp so we can generate and refresh your site.

Generated sites may display selected review excerpts and reviewer attribution. Site owners should check generated content for accurate quotation and attribution. A reviewer can request that we investigate removal by emailing [email protected].

Cookies & tracking

We use necessary cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, checkout, currency selection, and core interface preferences. Optional analytics, marketing, and preference cookies are used only when you allow them through our cookie controls.

You can change optional choices from Cookie Policy or through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Browser-level cookie blocking may prevent parts of Presenvo from working.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information:

Access — request a copy of what we hold about you.
Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
Deletion — ask us to delete your account and data. Most data is deleted or anonymised, subject to records we must keep for billing, security, or legal reasons.
Portability — request a copy of eligible personal data where this right applies.
Object — object to certain processing, including for marketing.

Data retention

We keep account and site data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, a seven-day grace period lets you cancel the request. After that period, active billing is cancelled, published sites are taken offline, profile information is anonymised, the billing profile is removed, and sessions are revoked.

Payment records, invoice details, audit records, backups, and logs may be retained where needed for financial records, security, dispute handling, recovery, or legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record and applicable requirement.

Security

The production service uses HTTPS, server-side access checks, authentication rate limits, and encryption for supported stored credentials. See our Security page for more.

Children

Presenvo is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Presenvo is operated from India and may store and process data in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Privacy rights and transfer requirements can vary by location; contact us for questions about a specific processing activity.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
