Shipping & Delivery Policy

Presenvo is a digital SaaS product. This policy explains how account access, generated websites, and related services are delivered.

Last updated June 10, 2026

Overview

Presenvo provides online software for generating and managing review-powered business websites. All services are delivered digitally through the Presenvoapplication.

No physical shipping

We do not sell or ship physical goods. No courier, postal delivery, physical handling, or shipping charges apply to Presenvo subscriptions or digital services.

Digital delivery

After account creation and successful payment confirmation, access to paid features is delivered through your Presenvo dashboard. Account, billing, security, and product messages may also be delivered by email.

If payment verification is delayed by the payment processor, paid access may become available only after the transaction is confirmed.

Generated sites

When generation completes successfully, the site is published and becomes available from your dashboard. It uses a Presenvo subdomain, such as yourname.presenvo.com. Eligible plans can connect a custom domain.

Generation time can vary based on review volume, third-party data availability, AI provider response times, and temporary service load.

Custom domains

If your plan supports custom domains, domain delivery depends on your DNS provider and the DNS records you configure. DNS propagation and certificate provisioning can take additional time and are partly controlled by third-party infrastructure.

Delivery delays

Digital delivery may be delayed by:

  • Incomplete or failed payment verification.
  • Incorrect account, business, domain, or DNS information.
  • Temporary outages or rate limits from third-party providers.
  • Security checks, abuse prevention, or account review.
  • Service maintenance or unexpected infrastructure incidents.

Support

If you paid for a plan but cannot access the expected digital service, email [email protected] with your account email address, plan name, transaction or payment ID, and a short description of the issue.
